Our products are made from the meat of wild animals that have been hunted. To ensure food safety, we use only a minimal amount of sodium nitrite (curing salt).
In fact, our 250-gram product, which includes a whole sausage or salami, contains only a small fraction of the deemed safe daily amount of sodium nitrite.
Specifically, instead of the typical 4.2-4.9 mg, our products contain only 1.075 mg of sodium nitrite. This means that our products are not only delicious but also safe for consumption.
We recommend slicing it so thick that it stands on its edge.
It does not require refrigeration, storage is recommended below 20ºC, and the best cuts are achieved at 5ºC when slicing.
The best taste experience is at room temperature. We particularly recommend it with fresh white sourdough bread, softer cheeses such as Camambert or Havarti, Tomme de Savoie and a glass of blanc de blanc champagne, spicier white wine or rosé.

After opening the package, or in case of any damage to the packaging, and to ensure that you get the best possible experience from our delicacies, we recommend that you store it in a cool (below 20°C), dry, and well-ventilated area (with humidity below 65%).
Our product is natural and free of chemicals, and while this means that it is more wholesome and delicious, it also means that it can be susceptible to molding.
If you do spot any molding, simply remove it with a dry, soft cloth and continue storing the product as previously recommended.
