Our 100% products are free from artificial additives, we guarantee the highest quality even with their exceptionally high meat content.. The character of the Grey Cattle meat, which is rich in minerals and carries herbal notes reminiscent of wild game, is unmistakable.
The perfect combination of Hungarian red paprika and cumin gives the salami its body, which is made with traditional beechwood smoking and extended maturation.
The salami is well permeated by the smoke, and since it is aged for a long time, the spices blend perfectly. The characteristic flavors of the seasoning and the meat are harmoniously present, and can be felt well while eating.
The flavor of the grey cattle from the national parks is complex, an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Reminiscent of half venison and half beef steak, a true Hungarian delicacy.

Our products are made from the meat of wild game. To ensure food safety, we use only a minimal amount of sodium nitrite (curing salt).
In fact, our 250-gram product, which includes a whole sausage or salami, contains only a small fraction of the deemed safe daily amount of sodium nitrite.
Specifically, instead of the typical 4.2-4.9 mg, our products contain only 1.075 mg of sodium nitrite. This means that our products are not only delicious but also safe for consumption.
Weight of this delicacie is 200 g.
We recommend slicing it so thick that it stands on its edge.
It does not require refrigeration, storage is recommended below 20ºC, and the best cuts are achieved at 5ºC when slicing.
We experience the best taste at room temperature.
When cut, it has a duller, brownish color compared to a product containing nitrite, but this is due to the fact that it contains no preservatives.
We particularly recommend it with fresh white sourdough bread, harder cheeses such as Pecorino, Beaufort, Comte, Manchego, but it can also be a key ingredient in cold or cooked gourmet dishes.
You can try it with a glass of blanc de noir champagne, or a lighter or fuller-bodied red wine to find the perfect harmony.
After opening the package, or in case of any damage to the packaging, and to ensure that you get the best possible experience from our delicacies, we recommend that you store it in a cool (below 20°C), dry, and well-ventilated area (with humidity below 65%).
Our product is natural and free of unnecessary chemicals, and while this means that it is more wholesome and delicious, it also means that it can be susceptible to molding.
If you do spot any molding, simply remove it with a dry, soft cloth and continue storing the product as previously recommended.
Please be aware that weight loss is a possibility after opening the package.
